Executive Chef Ludek Munzar was born in a small town Trutnov in the Czech Republic. During and after his studies in the Culinary School of Prague, he gained experience in practical training in Germany and many top-rated restaurants in Prague. For several years he was the sous chef in the Fish Market, which was headed by Martin Slezak, the sous chef in Bareiss *** Michelin. The Fish Market is a restaurant specializing in fish and seafood dishes.
For the past few years, Ludek was the executive chef in the well-known hotel Bedriska in the mountains of Spindleruv Mlyn. Since he is the holder of the Certificate for EU, his other activities include lecturing at the Culinary School Chefparade in Prague. In 2010, Ludek was involved in establishing the Modern Gastronomy School in Prague. Even in his free time, Ludek is constantly expanding and experimenting with his culinary skills to create the most unique and flavorful dishes. His speciality is molecular gastonomy, sous vide and fine preparation of meat and fish. Ludek’s primary focus is using only the freshest of ingredients, while perfecting his dish creations, leaving his guests with an exhilarating experience.
